Burger King Finland opens world's first fast-food sauna in Helsinki
Burger King Finland has opened the world's first fast-food sauna restaurant.
Have you ever been chilling in the sauna and said to yourself 'I'd love a burger right about now'?
But now you can do just that thanks to the world's first fast-food spa.
Burger King has opened the sparkling new sauna in the Mannerheimintie branch in Helsinki, Finland. Apparently cashing in on Scandinavians' love for a spa, the company's website says you can rent the facilities for €250 ($A387) for three hours. We dare not think of the meat sweats after that one.
"A 15-person sauna area is perfect for a group of friends for social gatherings or work," the website entices.
On top of the big sauna (with a 48-inch television), there is also a smaller 10-person sauna, a laundry room, dressing room, toilet and a media lounge.
The rooms are decorated in typical Burger King fashion with blue, red and white finishings and you can wrap yourself up in a Big Whopper robe when you finish.
Due to open next month will be London's first naked restaurant, The Bunyadi, has a waiting list of more than 16,000.
