WHICH WAS YOUR BEST HOLIDAY?
Goodness, that's a tough one. Funnily enough, I was talking to someone this morning about my visit to Bali, which definitely ranks highly in my "top holiday" list. That trip was truly amazing. Another standout for me was the holiday I spent in Australia in December 1999 – I travelled through all of the east coast starting up in Bedarra Bay, down through the rainforest and then ending up in Sydney for the Millennium fireworks. That was pretty special!
AND THE BEST HOTEL YOU'VE STAYED IN?

I've travelled a lot for work so there's plenty to choose from. I love the Park Hyatt in Tokyo because the service is unparalleled. I love the Four Seasons in Ubud, Bali, because it's just so beautiful. It's tough to pick just one; there really are just so many great hotels.
WHAT DO YOU ALWAYS TAKE WITH YOU?
That's really easy – my family.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A PERFECT HOLIDAY?
Again my family, they're really all I need for the prefect holiday. I could go to the most amazing destination in the world, but if my family weren't with me, it really wouldn't be a holiday.
WHAT'S YOUR BEST PIECE OF TRAVEL ADVICE?
Pack carry-on and never check in your luggage – I can't stand waiting around at the airport.
AND YOUR WORST EXPERIENCE ON HOLIDAY?
I think that it's all down to your mindset. For me, I really don't think you can have a bad experience on holiday – it's down to you to make it good. Even if the weather or the hotel is bad, there's always a bright side. You make it your own.
WHAT IS THE BIGGEST PACKING MISTAKE YOU'VE MADE?
Checking in my luggage!
WHERE DO YOU WANT TO GO NEXT?
There's so much I still want to see, but right now, I think the Seychelles and the Maldives are definitely at the top of my list.
