Jetstar passengers can now order Drasko and Bianca's winning My Kitchen Rules flight meal - lamb with saffron cauliflower – for $15 on selected international flights.

The winning MKR meal is available to passengers on all Jetstar long-haul international flights that are over five-and-a-half hours long, including Hawaii, Thailand and Japan. The Airbus 330 and Boeing 787 Dreamliner operate these routes.

The meal will be available for pre-purchase from April 14 to July 14, 2015. And for passengers who've already purchased a meal with their Jetstar flight for this period, the good news is you can swap your pre-purchased meal for the MKR meal up to 24 hours before the flight departs. Passengers will need to head to the 'manage my bookings' tab on through the airline's website.

Monday night's episode of the reality TV cooking show saw the MKR teams design and cook "restaurant quality" dishes that could be served at 30,000 feet. Passengers on board the special MKR Jetstar 787 Dreamliner flight voted for their favourite dish.

Jetstar is the latest in the long list of airlines that have enlisted the help of celebrity chefs to create meals aimed at delivering a better in-flight experience.

Qantas signed Neil Perry and his Rockpool Group to design its meals in premium economy, business and first class. The airline recently announced a new and expanded economy menu being rolled out on international long-haul flights as well as some domestic routes, which includes smoky barbecue beef with roasted sweet potatoes and corn, or yellow curry of barramundi with green beans and rice.

Malaysia Airlines has enlisted popular TV cook and former MasterChef contestant, Malaysian-born Poh Ling Yeow, who's Nyonya chicken curry made the menu.
