Once seen this can not be unseen. A female passenger has face swapped with an aircraft cabin reading light console, and the results are terrifying.

The passenger was bored and was playing with the Snapchat app on her phone, which lets users switch faces with another person or object.

In the picture she shared on Reddit, the face of the woman, who calls herself Pukkadurbz, looks like she is staring down from the overhead cabin, with the air vent still in place where her teeth should be.

On her face, the tiny fans above each seat became a pair of eyes, and a warped vent becomes her grim smile.

This is the kind of thing nightmares are made of.

The woman isn't the first to use Snapchat filters and swap faces with parts of a plane. Other bored passengers have also used the app to morph into parts of an aeroplane, with varying degrees of success.
