Singles Travel Connections (www.singlestravel.com.au) has exactly what you're looking for. Based in South Australia, they operate only small-group tours for single travellers, with a maximum group size of 15. In the 11 years that they have been operating singles' tours, their youngest client has been 29 and the oldest 82 but most fall into the years between 45 and 65. The ratio of men to women varies similarly although women are generally in the majority.
All accommodation is in single rooms or cabins. Their tour list for 2011 includes trips to some imaginative bits of the planet such as Alaska, Antarctica, Turkey, the Greek islands, China, Cambodia and Laos.
