The 18th World Bodypainting Festival held in Pörtschach am Wörthersee, Austria, last week saw more than 45 nations compete in an event of vivid artistic creation.
Artists competed in a range of bodypainting categories, from brush and sponge to UV special effects to create bold and surreal designs.
The event attracted more than 30,000 visitors to the small Austrian town.
