Carcuma Conservation Park
Located18km north east of the town the park is known for its grey kangaroos, emus, mallee fowl and echidnas. The dominant vegetation is mallee scrub, desert banksia and there are areas of yellow gum and brown stringybark.

History Mural
There is a mural depicting town's history located in the pedestrian subway near the railway station.
