EXTENDED PLEASURES

Peregrine Adventures has launched new expeditions to Antarctica on Ocean Endeavour that will continue the company's focus on sustainable cruising, such as sustainable sourcing of seafood, avoidance of single-use plastics, and use of biodegradable and phosphate-free cleaning products. Peregrine, which already carbon-offsets all adventure cruises and polar expeditions, says these new voyages to the world's most pristine environment will see it double its carbon offsets. The Antarctic cruises begin from October 2020 and will include activities with specialist guides, such as sea kayaking, snowshoeing, photography tours and ice camping.
