Experiential travel boutique DreamMaker has designed a holiday that requires no planning, no stress and monogrammed silk pyjamas.

All you need is:

1. Up to 50 friends and family

2. Twenty days of your time

3. $US13,875,000 ($A18,100,770)

Easy right? Just kick that $8 green smoothie habit and you'll be raring to go in no time.

Titled Passport to 50, this vacation has been styled to celebrate the milestone of billionaires. With no expense spared and setting off in August 2017, this experience will cover 20 cities in 20 days on a private Boeing 767, with your loved ones flying in tandem on a second Boeing business jet.

Sounds like a lot of air time right? According to Dream Maker, only 12 per cent of your time will be spent commuting.

But with in-flight yoga sessions, fashion shows and tailored hypnotherapy, leaving the plane might be a problem.

The mastermind behind experiential aviation, Gregory Patrick, believes the holistic and healing program will be vital to the success of this lavish excursion.

"It is irrelevant how big and beautiful your private jet is if you are unable to relax comfortably or get the required amount of sleep on the plane," Patrick said.

A master somelier will be on board to match every mouthful with what we expect will be very fancy wine. A $500,000 poker tournament will also keep the punters entertained, and if you need anything else your personal staff member will be more than happy to assist.

Destinations such as Siem Reap, London and Knoxville are on the agenda, but little has been said about what will be occurring on land. We do know, however, that it includes a 50-monk blessing surrounded by 50,000 lotus petals.

The trip wouldn't be complete without luxurious amenities. A set of 18-carat gold swizzle sticks fixed with blue and white diamonds valued at $1m will be yours to take home. This commissioned piece by World of Diamonds Group will be the perfect souvenir, with 20 white sparklers representing each city.

If this is all too indulgent for your taste, the Passport to 50 experience will be giving back.

"It makes no sense to work so hard to please the most discerning of clientele without making the same effort to balance the decadence with an element of kindness that delivers higher levels of fulfillment." Patrick said.

Some 2500 bicycles will be distributed to children in Cambodia. Clean drinking water will be provided for 50,000 children in the Philippines and fun centres will be built in the UK for those battling life-threatening illnesses.

The "trip of a lifetime" will begin on the island of Koh Samui and continue through Siem Reap, Kathmandu, Agra, Florence, Siena, Cannes, Moulinet, London, Barcelona, Ibiza, Marbella, Marrakech, Havana, Knoxville, Kona, El Nido and an unnamed secret island, before finishing in Manilla.
