If there's one good thing you can say about being in lockdown, it's that it gives you time to dream. It gives you time to think about where in the world you miss and what you long to do there. It gives you time to consider your priorities; time to plan something big.
The question all travellers around the world must surely be considering right now is: where to next? Where are you going to go as soon as this global lockdown is over? As soon as the world is made right again – where are you aching to visit?
Will it be somewhere close or somewhere far? Somewhere old or somewhere new? Somewhere safe or somewhere wild? For every person the answer will be slightly different. The thing we have in common is the desire to travel, and the time to consider the destination.
On this episode of Flight of Fancy, the Traveller.com.au podcast, I'm joined by Rob McFarland and Sarah Clark, as we cast ahead to a time "AC": after coronavirus. The trio are going to consider where they want to go first when the world reopens, what they want to do, and what they want to experience.
How should travellers plan to get back into the groove?
