In an ideal world, it would be no different. It wouldn't matter how you identified, whether gay or straight, cis or trans, or anywhere at all on that vast spectrum. It would make no difference at all.

However, this is not an ideal world, and how you identify does make a difference to how you travel. It makes a difference to where you go, and what you do. It makes a difference to how you have to conduct yourself and present yourself to the outside world. It makes a difference to whether or not you even enjoy the trip.

On this episode of Flight of Fancy we're going to find out why. And also, the best way to handle it.

I'm joined by, not two, but three experts – Tim and Rod Sattler-Jones, the first same-sex couple to compete (and win) on The Amazing Race; and travel industry insider Kylee Kay – to discuss travel for the LGBTQI+ community: the challenges and the joys, the problems and the solutions, the no-go zones and the most definitely do go zones. How to travel to be safe, and how to travel to have a good time.
