MY ONE DREAM DESTINATION IS STILL

Cadaques, on Spain's Costa Brava, on the Mediterranean. I first went in 1996 whilst backpacking around the world. I thrive by the Mediterranean Sea and this spot has sensational seafood - Compartir restaurant is to die for - rocky beaches, a perfect climate, challenging walks and bike rides, and is peaceful yet full of life. Salvador Dali's holiday house is close by in Port Lligat. It is unique and very interesting to visit.

WHEN THIS IS ALL OVER I'M DREAMING OF VISITING

Rome, Italy. It's become my family's second home over the years. We lived in Italy for 12 months, own a private museum there in Piazza del Popolo, employ staff, have lots of friends there – and again, the food is great. I'm looking forward to the al fresco dining with family and friends at my good friend's casual restaurant, Maccheroni, eating mozzarella di bufala and bottarga followed by cacio e pepe, accompanied by a nice Pinot Grigio from Friuli. So bad for you but so good.

MY DREAM TRAVEL BUBBLE DESTINATION IS

New Zealand. We have managed to keep our cultural experiences on tour in New Zealand throughout this pandemic, so I could stay active in my work which I love, remain living relatively normally and safely, visit diverse environments above and below the water, and still enjoy the essential good coffees every morning.

MY DREAM DOMESTIC DESTINATION IS

Haggerstone Island, Queensland, hands down. My family and I love the place and all it stands for in an increasingly sanitised world.
