MY ONE DREAM DESTINATION IS STILL

Japan. It's a cliche answer as everybody loves Japan, but it really has it all: the food, the people, the bizarre cultural differences. You can see big cities and climb volcanoes in the same day. I've been going to Japan fairly regularly since 2005 as I have friends there. Climbing Mt Fuji in 2019 was an incredible experience. We spent the night three quarters of the way up and then summited before sunrise, watching the sun come up on my friend's 40th.

WHEN THIS IS ALL OVER I'M DREAMING OF VISITING

Vietnam. Because I'll really need a holiday. I've spent a bit of time in Thailand and I've heard Vietnam is similar but a bit more undiscovered. Plus I love beaches and Vietnamese food. I'm looking forward to sitting in a hammock and drinking something out of a coconut.

MY DREAM TRAVEL BUBBLE DESTINATION IS

I've heard good things about South Korea so I'd love to give that place a try. Apparently Seoul is popping off and has a good street-art scene. Plus Korean barbecue.

MY DREAM DOMESTIC DESTINATION IS

I want a holiday somewhere sub-tropical. Byron is beautiful, but if that's a bit full, I'd like to explore some of the surrounding coastline or head up into Queensland. We've got it all in Australia.

MY DREAM DOMESTIC TRIP SO FAR HAS BEEN

Two summers ago we stayed in Palm Beach, Queensland, for a week. We got an Airbnb right on the beachfront and didn't move. We just chilled, ate and drank things out of coconuts. Queensland is a beautiful place.
