NUMBER OF COUNTRIES VISITED

ANY PASSPORT MISHAPS/MISADVENTURES?

No.

I GOT MY FIRST PASSPORT WHEN I WAS

MY PASSPORT PHOTO

makes me look like I have been sick for months with some kind of jungle fever, which works very well because it's exactly how I look when I get off an international flight.

I CAN'T STOP GOING BACK TO

Australia, because it's where my family and house are. Oh, and it's also the best place on the planet to live.

MY LAST TRAVEL DESTINATION WAS

Germany for a special project that I am working on for Channel 7 called Mates on a Mission, where myself, Todd McKenney, Brian Taylor and Kris Smith do crazy things around the globe to help bring awareness to men's health.

MY NEXT TRAVEL DESTINATION IS

Vietnam for a corporate gig.

I'M REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO

my next trip to Broome where I can finally unplug from the world and take some time out and slip into Broome-time.

WHAT I REALLY WANT FROM MY NEXT TRIP IS

a chance to travel with my family rather than travel for work.

I LOVE TO TRAVEL BECAUSE

it's a chance to see how the rest of the world live.

MY TRAVEL PHILOSOPHY IS

always try and chat to locals and get a sense of how the community live so as to get a better understanding of a country other than what you see on postcards.

THE ONE TRAVEL MISTAKE I ALWAYS MAKE IS

packing the wrong clothes for the climate I'm heading to.

THE ONE THING I REALLY DO GET RIGHT WHEN I TRAVEL IS

eating lots of the local food which I believe is good for their economy ... and I love food!

IF I HAD TO SIT IN THE MIDDLE SEAT THE OTHER PASSENGERS I'D WANT ON EITHER SIDE OF ME WOULD BE

Elvis Presley and John Lennon, mostly because it would be amazing to talk to them about their careers and what they would love to have achieved that didn't get a chance to. But mostly I would just love to see the look on people's faces when they see Elvis and John Lennon alive and seated in economy.

THE ONE FAMOUS TRAVELLER I REALLY ADMIRE IS

Amelia Earhart because she was the first female aviator to fly solo across the Atlantic Ocean as well as being an author. She also refused to be governed by society's expectations of gender roles thus making her a great role model for women. That's why I want my daughter to learn about women like her instead of a Kardashian.

THE ONE FAMOUS PERSON I'D LIKE TO TRAVEL WITH IS

probably my mate [celebrity chef] Manu Feildel so that he could take me to all the best restaurants wherever we go.

AIRLINE FOOD IS

not that great to be honest, but I haven't been able to find any other options in the air.

AIRPORT SECURITY IS

fairly essential, so good on 'em!

HOTELS ARE

never as good as being at home, but slightly better than a swag in the bush. But sometimes you can't beat sleeping in a swag in the bush.

I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO GO TO

the moon but Qantas won't take me there.

I'VE NEVER WANTED TO GO TO

prison – but thank goodness Qantas won't take me there either.

AISLE OR WINDOW?

Window. I love looking at the change in landscapes.
