Cruising news: Scenic partners with National Geographic on a 15-day river cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam

Scenic has partnered with National Geographic on a 15-day "Legendary Rivers of Europe" cruise from Budapest to Amsterdam, departing on September 23, 2020. A National Geographic expert and photographer will join guests to share their knowledge and insights through presentations and informal discussions, and will provide tips on photography techniques. Highlights of the journey along the Rhine, Main and Danube rivers include 11 World Heritage sites, wine tasting in Austria's Wachau Valley and Germany's Rhinegau, and guided visits to Amsterdam's Rijksmuseum and Vienna's Museum of Natural History.

TULIP TIME

Crystal River Cruises has a springtime itinerary early next year in the Netherlands and Belgium that celebrates its famed tulip season. The seven-night "Tulips & Windmills" voyage on Crystal Bach departs April 9, 2020, round trip from Amsterdam and visits the historical windmills at Kinderdijk, harbour town Hoorn and the cities of Rotterdam, Antwerp and Ghent.
