Westjet flight attendant puts the sass back into inflight safety announcements

Inflight safety announcements can be quite a bore, especially when you're a frequent flyer.

In an effort to retain travellers' attention airlines have turned to everything from internet memes to Hobbits and swimsuit models.

But sometimes, all it takes is one hilariously sassy flight attendant. Passengers on a Westjet flight bound for Saskatchewan in Canada were treated to an unforgettable safety announcement.

A Westjet flight attendant's inflight safety performance made this flight a little more memorable.

The video was posted to Facebook by TM'z Veterinary Clinic with the caption: "Flying home from the fabulous TPLO conference.... We had the best in flight crew on West Jet. Laughed so hard. Only had a chance to video the French portion of the pre flight instructions! Enjoy, we certainly did!"

The video quickly gained over 7.5 million views and 170, 000 shares.

Westjet flight attendants have a history of being incredibly entertaining. Earlier this year another flight attendant was filmed getting down to Bruno Mars' Uptown Funk.
